Also the Jammat-i-islami( with wink from army) has disagreed with Nawaz sheriff on the issue of visas to Indians. Basically what Kiyani is telling the ELECTED LEADERS of PPP and PML(N) is that on security matters it is ARMY which will decide the POLICY not the elected rrepresentatives.
