Here's the situation. China's wants control over the Indian Ocean through Pakistan. Pakistan's air space is controlled by the US for obvious interests in the entire oil-rich region (under the name of fight against terrorism). If Pakistanis were really smart, there would be a revolution within Pakistan to join a secular Indian Union. What I don't understand is why both sides keep fighting over Kashmir when forming an Indian Union is of utmost importance given the geopolitics of the region.
