		<description>mc_master...the changes are important as they replace individuals appointed by musharraf, transferring loyalty to kayani.  the corps commanders figure significantly in the event of a military coup.  the most important corps commander is the one in rawalpindi, who will likely be replaced soon.

also the replacement of the NAB director is significant.  NAB is a corruption fighting institution in Pakistan.  But Musharraf &amp; Co. also used it to target political opponents and pressure them to join their ranks.</description>
