Also who are the "interested parties". Not the elected people of kashmir but the socalled"freedom fighters" who were killing the innocent in name of Jihad and ensured killing of 60,000 innocent lives of kashmiries. This also shows that it is Musharaff who will call the shots in the Army and not the elected representatives.
